It is a member of the Instance class, so all other classes will inherit it. It returns an event that will fire when the given property of the object is changed. Example:
local part = script.Parent part:GetPropertyChangedSignal("Size"):Connect(function() --remember to use Connect, as connect is deprecated print("The part's size was changed to", part.Size) end) In addition to this, were up to nine types of UIComponents. The most recently added UIComponents are the UITableLayout and the UIPadding.

Not too bad. Now we don't have to use .Changed for everything. Yay! (Except for BLAHValue instances, in that case, .Changed it is for the value.)
